God, thank You for giving me the gift of rest throughout the night so that I might live this day fully for You and love You in return. You are my Source of Life and Love. Thank you for giving me breath in my lungs and eyes to see. You are my Sustainer. Thank you for loving me so thoroughly. You are my loving Heavenly Father. Blessed are You, Almighty God, King of the Universe.

Afternoon prayer

God, thank You for giving me strength throughout the day. You are the Source of my strength. Thank You, God, for giving me food to eat this day. You are the One who created plants and animals to begin with. You are the only One who knows how to make food grow. Thank You, God, for giving me good work to do throughout this day. You are the Creator of work and rest. Blessed are You, Almighty God, King of the Universe.

Evening prayer

God, thank You for making such dazzling beauty of sunsets and stars. You are the Maker of us all. Thank You, God, for the goodness and hardships that happened during my day. You are the Redeemer of it all. Thank You, God, for giving me the gift of rest for the night. I lay down all my cares at Your feet. You are the lifter of my burdens and generous giver of peace. Blessed are You, Almighty God, King of the Universe.
