Love

Breathe in deeply, hold, and then release.

Become aware of the air entering and leaving your body.

God is closer.

Drink a sip of water, feel it in your mouth, on your tongue.

Let it flow through your throat to your stomach.

Love is waiting.

Stretch your arms up and overhead.

Twirl your fingers and wrists. Let it all release.

Hope is coming.

Dip your left ear to your left shoulder, feeling the stretch along your neck.

Switch to the other side. Hold & hope.

May love come and fill you from the inside out.

May it coat you like the morning dew.

May it rest on you.
